After a few more scones and other people giving them a try as well I realized they are pretty good so I’ll unveil the recipe-
For my base I used the recipe from Vegan with a Vengeance.
In addition I added 1 1/4 cup carrots
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 c pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Before popping them into the over I sprinkled with a bit of sugar.
