Monday-intervals on elliptical, shoulders

Tuesday-legs, form of cardio

Wednesday-back, form of cardio-spin, elliptical, or light treadmill

Thursday-arms and abs, form of cardio

Friday-legs, pilates

Saturday-rest

In other news and perhaps brought on by the snow, but I’m loving this coat from Victoria Secret.

And this one too…i think it’s time I own a leather jacket.
