So much for getting that extra hour of sleep Saturday night. My silly phone never corrected for the time change 😦 Oh well, what ya gonna do.
This week looks like another busy one, though a bit more laid back than last week. Here’s my tentative workout plan for the week.
Sunday-3.5 mi walk
Monday-form for cardio 45 minutes, arms
Wednesday-back, ice skating
Thursday-cardio 45 min, shoulders
Friday-body rock, run/walk
Saturday-Rest, travel day
