Nothing too exciting going on for this week’s workouts, just again trying to keep 70% on schedule, which should be somewhat easier since I’m not traveling this weekend.  That said, I have family coming into the city at the end of the week and a wedding on Saturday.  Let’s see how balanced I can be!
