Ah, less than a month to my tough mudder and I don’t think I’ve been pushing hard enough on the endurance side.  Though I have been working towards my pullup goal using this training program.  But bring on the endurance training!

Week of 9/23/2012

Sunday- 1 mi run and Fat blast cardio routine


Tuesday-3 mi walk, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats

Wednesday-2.5 mi run and spin class (this was hard, really great but tough instructor!!)

Thursday-insanity, 3 mi walk

Friday-long run

Saturday-hike…maybe some impromptu pilates outside
