Without something to train for I’ve been taking it quite easy the last couple of weeks, going with the flow but I like and miss strength training so I’m turning it back up this week.

Tuesday-Insanity, salsa

Wednesday- Spin class, weights

Thursday-Insanity

Friday-Weights, cardio

Saturday-spin class, abs
