It’s been sometime since I last posted my planned workouts for the week, but I feel like I need a little motivation in my life.  Before vacation I had little time for structure workouts, and did what I could, when I could, and then it was vacation!  I did about 10 minutes of strength or burst of cardio while eating my way through Mendoza and then lots of walking in BA, Iguza, and Rio de Janerio.  A month+ without structure is making a routine hard once more…so maybe an online means of accountability might do the trick!
