Monday-4 mi walk (hurt my neck so kept it light)

Tuesday-long cardio

Wednesday-I did this workout while in Long Island and I think my fellow bootcampers would agree it was a good one, I did it in about 22 minutes after a warm-up, will try to break my time on Wednesday!!

100 Squats

90 Situps

80 Lunges

70 Jumping Jacks

60 mountain climbers

50 butt lifts

40 dips

30 high jumps

20 pushups

10 burpees

9 squat jumps

8 side cross overs

7 lateral jumps

6 burpees

5 walk ups

and done!

Thursday-interval cardio

Friday-strength and burst of cardio

Saturday-Weddings/rest day
