Posting what I did this week instead of what I plan to do-probably a better bet so you see what I actually did, it also still worked for accountability.

Before jumping, I want to start with a fun and motivating workout song-Imagine Dragons, “On Top of the World”

Sunday-Travel day/off

Monday-strength and interval cardio

Tuesday-Long cardio (50 minutes of elliptical and stair-master)

Wednesday-Pilates

Thursday-strength and cardio (2 mi interval run and 20 min ET)

Friday-Insanity

Saturday-Insanity and bike
