It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve had a chance to post my workouts…but here we go.
Sunday-Lots of city walking
Monday-cardio, strength on arms, chest, and back
Wednesday-Nike fit club and cardio
Thursday-Nike fit club and cardio
Friday-travel day but hoping to get in something
Saturday-Hotel fitness center, we will see what’s available
Ps. I’m loving at home cardio in the form of “Pump it up-the ultimate dance workout”, its cheesy but funny and you break a sweat!
