Since Monday I’ve been chugging water-100 oz+/day, taking my fiber drink, and supplements, and eating clean.
Monday looked a little like this!
6 AM wake and drink 1/4 orange Spark
6:15-7am Hitt full body workout-Fitness Blender, drink all but 8oz of remaining Spark (mixed in 24 oz water)
7:20 am Breakfast-fiber drink (mixed in 8oz of spark), 1/2 cup pineapple placed in oatmeal, hard boiled egg…only ended up eating about 1/2 of my oatmeal
Oh yummy fiber drink-totally be sarcastic here. Though I realized on Tuesday the colder the water the better! In fact Wednesday it went down way easy-I kinda missed not drinking it on Thursday (Fiber drink only day 1-3 and 8-10).
Day 1 of mixed fiber drink-way too think.
The oatmeal, but again, I only ate half-fiber drink filled me up!!…and sorry for the blurry photos, trying to move quickly while getting ready for work and eating breakfast.
8:15-9:15 Commute to work which includes 20 minute walk to and from subway stations
10:30 am-snack about 10 shelled cashews
1:30pm Lunch-turkey burger (leftovers from Sunday’s dinner), 1.5 large carrots, 2 tbl gauc, whole wheat wrap
4:30pm Snack-remaining cashews
5:30 pm-6:30 pm Commute home which includes another 20 minute walk to and from subway stations + 15 minute walk with the pup
7:00 pm Dinner-omegaplex, peanut thai chicken breast and cauliflower, white bean mash (latter not pictured here).
9:30 pm Nighttime-herbal cleanse caplets
Tuesday and Wednesday were about the same except I made an egg white wrap for breakfast, and again the fiber drink was much easier on both days. Ahh, and ignore the half painted fingernail.
