About a month until wedding dress shopping plus stress eating from work equals I must keep to a workout schedule to maintain…well actually I’d like to lose a few as well…but not counting or pushing too hard for that change. So here’s to weekly workout postings once more to keep me on track.

Workout plan for the week of 8/3/2014

Sunday-40 minute cardio + legs, plus a long walk with the pup

Monday-30 min barre routine (I was tight from Sunday’s workout)


Wednesday-plyometrics + total body tone

Thursday-60 minute cardio

Friday-cardio and 60 min barre or pilates

Saturday-45 minute cardio + biceps and tricepts
